Each addendum will be incorporated into and become part of the proposal. No amendment of any kind to the proposal is effective unless it is contained in a written addendum issued by DNS. It is the sole responsibility of the Proponent to check and ensure any and all addendums are included prior to submitting their final Proposal submission.

Q1. What is the approximate throw distance from the projector lens to the screen?
A1. Approximately 11 feet.

Q2. Are you open to alternatives to projectors?
A2. Yes. We currently have a NEC NP-P451x projector but would be open to alternatives (e.g. LCD/LED/Plasma TVs, Monitors, etc.) as part of the optional RFP requirements.

Q3. Do you require voice lift for participants in the room?
A3. No. Currently we only have participants speaking via the telephone projected in the room via the speakers. There is no need to lift the people speaking in the room for meetings. However, at this time we use a Bose L1 Compact System as a PA when we move all the furniture out of the room for receptions (such as our First Year Medical Student reception). We would desire being able to use the in-room speakers for such purposes in the future.

Q4. What is the approximate diameter of the valance in the ceiling?
A4. Approximately 30 feet.
